Who we are
Irenas & Allies Inc. (“Irenas & Allies”, “we”) is a consulting and capacity-building firm registered in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share through this website, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, and optionally your organization and phone number. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to reply to your message and, if you ask us to, to discuss our services, training, or events with you. We never sell or rent your information.
Service providers
To run this website we rely on trusted providers that may process data outside Canada, including in the United States: Netlify (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). Event registrations happen on Eventbrite and are governed by Eventbrite’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than two years after our last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@irenas-alliesinc.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
